POLICÍA SORPRENDIDO CON UN KILO DE MARIHUANA

El policía John Fredy Patiño Cortés, de 38 años de edad, fue sorprendido portando un kilo de marihuana, se movilizaba en una moto Suzuki ES 125 de placas VP-44C.

La captura del Patrullero se efectúo a las 9. 20 p.m. del lunes 26 de junio 2023, en la carrera 2 con calle 37, del Barrio Bayron Gaviria de Pereira. Una patrulla que se movilizaba por el sector, lo pararon y al notarlo nervioso le encontraron 1.000 gramos cripa en el maletín que llevaba a la espalda.

El fiscal de la audiencia manifestó que el delito es grave, más cuando es cometido por un uniformado y más en ese sector conocido como expendio de estupefaccientes.

Ante esta situación el Juez de Garantías de Pereira, manifestó  que como policía no puede comprar marihuna para consumir esa cantidad.

Police officer John Fredy Patiño Cortés, 38 years old, was caught carrying a kilo of marijuana, he was riding a Suzuki ES 125 motorcycle with VP-44C license plates.

The capture of the Patrolman took place at 9.20 p.m. on Monday, June 26, 2023, in race 2 with 37th street, in the Bayron Gaviria neighborhood of Pereira. A patrol that was moving through the sector stopped him and when they noticed him nervous they found 1,000 grams of cripa in the briefcase he was carrying on his back.

The prosecutor of the hearing stated that the crime is serious, especially when it is committed by a uniformed man and more in that sector known as the sale of narcotics.

Faced with this situation, the Pereira Guarantee Judge stated that as a police officer he cannot buy marijuana to consume that amount.
