COMPLEJIDAD EN CONSTRUCCIÓN.

Se espera que en un mes aproximadamente se pueda tener viabilidad técnica y financiera para adelantar la segunda fase del megaproyecto.

A tiempo que se construye el área administrativa y de consulta externa del hospital de alta complejidad en Risaralda, se adelantan las labores arqueológicas ya que en este terreno fueron encontrados varios elementos históricos datarían de la era procolombina.

AUMENTA EL COSTO INICIAL

Cuando se formulo el proyecto del Hospital de Alta complejidad, se mencionó que sería una obra de $600 mil millones  aproximadamente, no obstante ese valor se ha incrementado ostensiblemente.

Hoy en día se habla de que el proyecto podría estar por el orden de los $770 mil millones, teniendo en cuenta variables como el aumento del dólar, el crecimiento de la inflación , entre otros aspectos.

En los estudios integrales que se presentarán al Ministerio de Salud, se incluiría las posibles fuentes de financiación de los $170 mil millones de más que costaría la construcción de este hospital.

It is expected that in approximately one month there will be technical and financial viability to advance the second phase of the megaproject.

While the administrative and outpatient consultation area of the high-complexity hospital in Risaralda is being built, archaeological work is being carried out since several historical elements dating back to the pro-Columbian era were found on this land.

INCREASES THE INITIAL COST

When the High Complexity Hospital project was formulated, it was mentioned that it would be a work of approximately $600 billion, however that value has increased significantly.

Today there is talk that the project could be in the order of $770 billion, taking into account variables such as the increase in the dollar, the growth of inflation, among other aspects. In the comprehensive studies that will be presented to the Ministry of Health, the possible sources of financing for the extra $170 billion that the construction of this hospital would cost would be included.
