Este depósito ilegal con material de guerra perteneciente al grupo armado organizado residual Segunda Marquetalia, en zona rural del municipio de Puerto Rico, Meta.

En desarrollo de operaciones militares ofensivas, tropas de la Fuerza de Despliegue Rápido N.º 11 ubicaron y destruyeron un depósito ilegal con material de guerra perteneciente al grupo armado organizado residual Segunda Marquetalia, en zona rural del municipio de Puerto Rico, Meta.

La operación militar fue adelantada por unidades del Batallón de Despliegue Rápido N.º 32, unidad orgánica de la Fuerza de Despliegue Rápido N.º 11, en la vereda La Lindosa, donde se logró la destrucción controlada de un depósito ilegal que contenía explosivos tipo ANFO, armas de fuego, equipos de comunicación y material propagandístico alusivo al Frente Marulanda del Oriente, Columna Móvil Rodrigo Reyes, estructura del grupo armado organizado residual de la Segunda Marquetalia.

Este resultado representa una afectación directa a las capacidades logísticas y criminales de esta estructura criminal, contribuyendo a la protección de la población civil, el fortalecimiento de la seguridad territorial y el normal desarrollo de los procesos democráticos en la región. 
El material incautado fue puesto a disposición de la Fiscalía General de la Nación.

During offensive military operations, troops from Rapid Deployment Force No. 11 located and destroyed an illegal weapons cache belonging to the Second Marquetalia residual armed group in a rural area of ​​the municipality of Puerto Rico, Meta.

The military operation was carried out by units of Rapid Deployment Battalion No. 32, an organic unit of Rapid Deployment Force No. 11, in the village of La Lindosa. There, the controlled destruction of an illegal cache containing ANFO explosives, firearms, communications equipment, and propaganda material related to the Marulanda Front of the East, Rodrigo Reyes Mobile Column, a structure of the Second Marquetalia residual armed group, was achieved.

This result directly impacts the logistical and criminal capabilities of this criminal organization, contributing to the protection of the civilian population, the strengthening of territorial security, and the normal development of democratic processes in the region.

The seized material was turned over to the Attorney General’s Office.
