Cotecmar fortalece la industria naval con su encuentro anual de aliados estratégicos.

Cotecmar adquiere productos y servicios en 19 departamentos del país. Atlántico, Bolívar, Caldas y Cundinamarca, departamentos que concentran la mayor cantidad de empresas de proveeduría.

La Corporación de Ciencia y Tecnología para el Desarrollo de la Industria Naval, Marítima y Fluvial (COTECMAR) llevó a cabo el Encuentro Anual de Aliados Estratégicos, un espacio que reunió a más de 170 empresas proveedoras de la industria astillera nacional.

Este evento, que reafirma el compromiso de COTECMAR con el fortalecimiento de la cadena de valor del sector, permitió a los asistentes conocer los avances de los diferentes proyectos que lidera Cotecmar y los que realizará a futuro, como es la Plataforma Estratégica de Superficie (PES).

Durante el encuentro, se desarrolló el foro “Desarrollo de Proveedores: construyendo juntos una cadena de valor para el futuro de la industria naval”, el cual contó con la participación de la señora María Luisa Jaramillo, Presidente de la Cámara de Comercio de Aburrá Sur; el señor Pedro Mauricio Rojas Casas, Gerente Sectorial de Colombia Productiva; el señor Germán Spicker Guzmán, representante legal de Ferretería Ignacio Sierra Sucesores, y el señor Vicealmirante Luis Fernando Márquez Velosa, Presidente de Cotecmar.

Asimismo, fueron reconocidos los aliados estratégicos más destacados durante el año 2024: Steckerl Aceros, Ferretería Ignacio Sierra Sucesores, Delta Group SD, José Antonio Acosta, Ronald Fabián Aragón, Javier Giraldo Hernández, WPD Ingeniería Ltda., Servhidromec, Quality Testing, JIM Industriales, Grúas, Maniobras y Montajes, Servicios Julmar, Ferretería Sumi Industrial, Empaquetaduras y Empaques, Total Eléctricos Industriales, PCD Integral, Distribuidora Multieléctricos, Sumincar Servi, Operaciones Técnicas Marinas, Asimcomex,  Transborder y Messer Colombia.

The Science and Technology Corporation for the Development of the Naval, Maritime, and River Industry (COTECMAR) held the Annual Meeting of Strategic Allies, a space that brought together more than 170 supplier companies to the national shipbuilding industry.

This event, which reaffirms COTECMAR’s commitment to strengthening the sector’s value chain, allowed attendees to learn about the progress of the various projects led by Cotecmar and those it will carry out in the future, such as the Strategic Surface Platform (PES).

During the meeting, the forum «Supplier Development: Building Together a Value Chain for the Future of the Naval Industry» was held. Participants included María Luisa Jaramillo, President of the Aburrá Sur Chamber of Commerce; Pedro Mauricio Rojas Casas, Sector Manager of Colombia Productiva; Germán Spicker Guzmán, legal representative of Ferretería Ignacio Sierra Sucesores; and Vice Admiral Luis Fernando Márquez Velosa, President of Cotecmar.
