“En política lo importante no es tener razón, sino que se la den a uno”. Konrad Adenauer, primer canciller de la República Federal de Alemania y uno de los padres de Europa.

¿Las calculadoras reventarían su límite, sumando el dinero de las campañas políticas, con mi propuesta de Coliseos Políticos?

-Suena raro y a muchos debe sorprender; pero, es una propuesta ajustada a nuestra época, donde somos dominados por las máquinas.

En los 1104 municipios colombianos, sin excluir ninguno, debe construirse un Coliseo Político con el nombre de cada uno de ellos, dotado de todos los avances tecnológicos. Por ejemplo: COLISEO POLÍTICO PEREIRA.

Allí tendrían cabida todos los candidatos, dentro las contiendas: Elecciones Regionales, Elecciones Presidenciales, Elecciones Legislativas; con normas claras y debidamente vigiladas: local, regional, nacional e internacionalmente.

Miles de millones de pesos se ahorrarían, con los cuales se podrían hacer grandes obras destinadas a: educación, deporte, emprendimiento, cultura, recreación, bibliotecas, museos; agroindustria; tecnología; atención a la salud; restaurantes comunitarios; academias de: baile, literatura, arte, historia, etc.

Sí se abrieran cuentas de depósitos, con el 90% de recursos invertidos en las elecciones territoriales, todos los macro-problemas económicos de Colombia recibirían el 100% de efectivas soluciones e incluirían reservas significativas para necesidades futuras.

El COLISEO POLÍTICO, dotado con tecnología de última generación, estaría destinado equitativamente para todos los candidatos de las diferentes vertientes partidistas, con reglas precisas y respetuosas para cada contienda electoral. Allí, podrán funcionar, las salas de prensa para los diferentes medios, sin excepciones, recibiendo información directa que debe ser difundida, con ética y profesionalismo, para la ciudadanía en general.

No se gastaría dinero, ni tiempo, en destape de ollas a la que nos acostumbraron los políticos en campañas; ni mucho menos, “se pondría en peligro la vida de algunos candidatos amenazados para sacarlos del camino”.

En el mismo Coliseo, se podrían realizar las votaciones, con sólo colocar la huella digital sobre la pantalla del candidato optado por cada uno de los sufragantes; registrándolo automáticamente y visibilizando la sumatoria inmediata. Al finalizar, el horario estipulado para cada elección, aparecería el nombre de los ganadores en pantallas, computadores, celulares, etc.

Allí, en el COLISEO POLÍTICO, también funcionaría la Justicia Electoral Colombiana: CNE y la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil.

Con la nueva tecnología: mi propuesta no es utopía, puede ser una realidad.

POLITICAL COLISEUM

Would the calculators burst their limit, adding the money from political campaigns, with my proposal for Political Coliseums?

-It sounds strange and must surprise many; But, it is a proposal adjusted to our time, where we are dominated by machines.

In the 1,104 Colombian municipalities, without excluding any, a Political Coliseum must be built with the name of each one of them, equipped with all the technological advances. For example: PEREIRA POLITICAL COLISEUM.

All candidates would have a place there, within the races: Regional Elections, Presidential Elections, Legislative Elections; with clear and duly monitored standards: locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.

Billions of pesos would be saved, with which great works could be carried out for: education, sports, entrepreneurship, culture, recreation, libraries, museums; agroindustry; technology; health care; community restaurants; academies of: dance, literature, art, history, etc.

If deposit accounts were opened, with 90% of resources invested in the territorial elections, all of Colombia’s macro-economic problems would receive 100% effective solutions and would include significant reserves for future needs.

The POLITICAL COLISEUM, equipped with state-of-the-art technology, would be allocated equally to all candidates from the different partisan sides, with precise and respectful rules for each electoral contest. There, the press rooms for the different media may operate, without exceptions, receiving direct information that must be disseminated, with ethics and professionalism, to the general public.

No money or time would be spent on uncovering pots that politicians accustomed us to in campaigns; far from it, “the lives of some threatened candidates would be put in danger to get them out of the way.”

In the same Coliseum, voting could be carried out by simply placing the fingerprint on the screen of the candidate chosen by each of the voters; automatically registering it and making the immediate sum visible. At the end of the time stipulated for each election, the name of the winners would appear on screens, computers, cell phones, etc.

There, in the POLITICAL COLISEUM, the Colombian Electoral Justice would also function: CNE and the National Registry of Civil Status.

With new technology: my proposal is not utopia, it can be a reality.
