El fiscal 20 Seccional de administración pública retomará hoy la segunda parte de las audiencias preliminares con la imputación de cargos al exalcalde Carlos Alberto Maya López, Milton Hurtado y José Alberto Rojas, Interventor.
El exalcalde pidió respectar la presunción de inocencia, pue ya lo están tratando como culpable en algunos medios y la juez aclara en efecto este proceso apenas está empezando.

The 20th Sectional Public Administration Prosecutor will resume today the second part of the preliminary hearings with the indictment of former mayor Carlos Alberto Maya López, Milton Hurtado and José Alberto Rojas, Intervenor. The former mayor asked to respect the presumption of innocence, since he is already being treated as guilty in some media and the judge clarifies that in effect this process is just beginning.
