Batallón Guardia Presidencial presente en procesiones de Semana Santa en Pereira

Por gestión del alcalde de Pereira, Mauricio Salazar Peláez, este viernes y sábado se presenta en las procesiones de la Catedral Nuestra Señora de la Pobreza la Banda Músico Marcial del Batallón de la Guardia Presidencial.

Este es un hecho histórico para la ciudad y el país, ya que es la primera vez que esta Banda Marcial, que normalmente cubre los eventos de la Presidencia de la República, saldrá de la capital para participar con sus trompetas y tambores en las Procesiones del Santo Sepulcro y de la Virgen de la Soledad, que forman parte de la Programación de Semana Santa en la capital de Risaralda.

La noticia fue confirmada por el Secretario de Desarrollo Económico de Pereira, Cristian Toro Calle, quien recordó que las procesiones comenzarán a las 8:00 p.m. y recorrerán las carreras 7a y 8a de

Presidential Guard Battalion present in Holy Week processions in Pereira

By management of the mayor of Pereira, Mauricio Salazar Peláez, this Friday and Saturday the Martial Music Band of the Presidential Guard Battalion performs in the processions of the Nuestra Señora de la Pobreza Cathedral.

This is a historic event for the city and the country, since it is the first time that this Martial Band, which normally covers the events of the Presidency of the Republic, will leave the capital to participate with its trumpets and drums in the Processions of the Holy Sepulcher and the Virgin of Soledad, which are part of the Holy Week Program in the capital of Risaralda.

The news was confirmed by the Secretary of Economic Development of Pereira, Cristian Toro Calle, who recalled that the processions will begin at 8:00 p.m. and they will travel through the 7th and 8th races of Pereira Pereira.
