EL PROBLEMA DE LA MOVILIDAD EN LA CIUDAD.

Los residentes en Pereira celebraron el entusiasmo la decisión con que la nueva administración empezó enfrentando el problema de movilidad de la ciudad.

Desde el primer día el Instituto de Mobilidad se impuso la tarea de ponerle orden a la anarquía vial que desde hade rato vive la capital de Risaralda.

Decenas de guardas de tránsito salieron a las calles a controlar y sancionar a los conductores que se estacionan en cualquier parte obstruyendo la libre movilizaciónde los vehículos,  e imponer un comparendo a los motociclistas que no respetan el carril del Megabús, a hacer espetar las llamadas ciclorrutas, e inmovilizar los vehículos que no tienen el soat al día, y requerir las motos que se han tomado los andenes  como parqueadero

 Y en general a hacer observar las normas de tránsito.

Todo esto es una acción coordinada, permanente y sitemática por todas las vías en la ciudad, dándole mayor importancia y haciendo más presencia en las vías céntricas de la ciudad y en aquellos corredores viales donde al menos que se respeten las normas donde este comportamiento cause grave congestión  y mayores problemas de movilidad.
