MIL SUBSIDIOS DE MI CASA YA.

A través de un comunicado el el Ministerio de Vivienda, Ciudad y Territorio anuncio el inicio de las nuevas asignaciones del programa Mi Casa ya.

Este próximo 2 de febrero la ministra de Vivienda, Ciudad y Territorio, Catalina Vinasco Campuzano, indicó que las entidades financieras podrán retomar el proceso de cargue de documentación para solicitar la asignación, a partir del lunes 22 de enero de 2.024, y que se expedirá la primera resolución de asignación de la vigencia, el 2 de febrero.

La asignación de subsidios se iniciará con 1700 cupos habilitados semanalmente.

Through a statement, the Ministry of Housing, City and Territory announced the start of the new allocations of the Mi Casa now program.

This coming February 2, the Minister of Housing, City and Territory, Catalina Vinasco Campuzano, indicated that financial entities will be able to resume the process of uploading documentation to request the assignment, starting Monday, January 22, 2024, and that it will be issued the first resolution assigning validity, on February 2.

The allocation of subsidies will begin with 1,700 spaces enabled weekly.
