Risaralda Equitativa e Incluyente: el Plan de Gobierno de Juan Diego Patiño.

Juan Diego Patiño Ochoa, aspirante a la Gobernación de Risaralda por el partido Liberal, compartió las bases de su propuesta de gobierno para un periodo de cuatro años, denominada «Risaralda Equitativa e Incluyente», ante representantes de los medios de comunicación, columnistas y periodistas de renombre de Risaralda.

En palabras de Patiño Ochoa: “Todos los risaraldenses merecen un departamento equitativo e incluyente, con oportunidades para todos. Buscamos un gobierno que entienda y atienda las carencias y necesidades de cada municipio. Con la ayuda de todos, aspiramos a una Risaralda más social y competitiva”.

El Plan de Gobierno se estructura en cuatro dimensiones clave:

Sociocultural: Buscando mejorar la calidad de vida de los habitantes de Risaralda a través de una gestión pública que priorice el bienestar común y la equidad social.

Económica y Rural: Con el propósito de hacer de Risaralda un territorio competitivo y sostenible, dándole especial protagonismo a los sectores panelero y caficultor.

Gestión del Territorio y Medio Ambiente: Con proyectos que aborden desde infraestructura y vivienda hasta adaptación al cambio climático y protección ambiental.

Buen Gobierno: Para robustecer la capacidad institucional en los municipios y en el departamento, incentivando prácticas transparentes y efectivas.

Este programa, profundamente arraigado en el respeto por los derechos humanos y con un enfoque diferencial, también aborda temas como el emprendimiento, la conservación del suelo rural, y se alinea con los 17 objetivos del Desarrollo Sostenible.

Algunos proyectos destacados son: mejorar la conectividad vial con proyectos como las vías del Samán y la conexión Pereira – Arabia; fomentar la inversión internacional; impulsar la estrategia de marca «Hecho en Risaralda»; y trabajar en el desarrollo agroindustrial del campo, entre otros.

Adicionalmente, se pretende fortalecer el sector salud, con la consolidación del Hospital de Alta Complejidad y la activación de la Red de Centros de Atención Primaria en Salud.

En el ámbito educativo, seguridad, bienestar animal, promoción de la cultura y el deporte, así como en la creación de oportunidades laborales y el protagonismo de la mujer risaraldense, también se encuentran en la agenda del candidato.

Con esta propuesta, Juan Diego Patiño Ochoa, busca un gobierno descentralizado, presente constantemente en los municipios, para garantizar una Risaralda equitativa e incluyente para todos sus habitantes.

Equitable and Inclusive Risaralda: the Government Plan of Juan Diego Patiño.

Juan Diego Patiño Ochoa, candidate for the Governor of Risaralda for the Liberal party, shared the bases of his government proposal for a period of four years, called «Risaralda Equitativa e Inclusive», before representatives of the media, columnists and journalists of Risaralda.

In the words of Patiño Ochoa: “All Rirasaldenses deserve an equitable and inclusive department, with opportunities for everyone. We seek a government that understands and addresses the shortcomings and needs of each municipality. With everyone’s help, we aspire to a more social and competitive Risaralda.”

The Government Plan is structured in four key dimensions:

Sociocultural: Seeking to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants of Risaralda through public management that prioritizes common well-being and social equity.

Economic and Rural: With the purpose of making Risaralda a competitive and sustainable territory, giving special prominence to the panela and coffee growing sectors.

Territory and Environment Management: With projects that address everything from infrastructure and housing to adaptation to climate change and environmental protection.

Good Government: To strengthen the institutional capacity in the municipalities and in the department, encouraging transparent and effective practices.

This program, deeply rooted in respect for human rights and with a differential approach, also addresses topics such as entrepreneurship, rural soil conservation, and is aligned with the 17 objectives of Sustainable Development.

Some notable projects are: improving road connectivity with projects such as the Samán roads and the Pereira – Arabia connection; encourage international investment; promote the “Made in Risaralda” brand strategy; and work in the agroindustrial development of the countryside, among others.

Additionally, it is intended to strengthen the health sector, with the consolidation of the High Complexity Hospital and the activation of the Network of Primary Health Care Centers.

In the field of education, security, animal welfare, promotion of culture and sports, as well as the creation of job opportunities and the prominence of Risralda women, are also on the candidate’s agenda.

With this proposal, Juan Diego Patiño Ochoa seeks a decentralized government, constantly present in the municipalities, to guarantee an equitable and inclusive Risaralda for all its inhabitants.
