A partir del martes 23 de enero aumenta la tarifa en el transporte público del área metropolitana, en el servicio masivo (Megabús), colectivo en su mayoría buses naranja y Mega, el pasaje pasará de $2.650 a $2.950, un incremento suprior al 10%.

El transporte público individual tipo taxi también tendrá un alza en el costo del servicio, ya que la carrera mínima pasa  de $5.000 a $ 6.000, pero estos nuevos valores pasarían  a aplicarse después del 20 de febrero.

Lo que si se mantiene es la integración tarifaria, esto significa que pagando un solo pasaje se puede utilizar el Megabús (buses a300 WILL RAISE THE FEE.
