20 JÓVENES SE FUGARON SOLO 7 HAN SIDO REAPREHENDIDOS.

Un grave amotinamiento en registró en la mañana de ayer en el Centro de Rehabilitación Marceliano Ossa de Pereira, ubicado en el corregimiento de Combia.

En medio del caos, 20 jóvenes se jugaron de las instalaciones y hasta el momento, solo siete han sido reaprehendidos.

Los hechos ocurrieron a las 11:30 de la mañana  del viernes 28 de marzo.

Según lo manifestado por las autoridades policiales, los internos del centro de resocialización, aparentemente, iniciaron una riña en la parte interior del establecimiento.

Durante el disturbio, provocaron una conflagración en la entrada principal de la institución en la entrada principal de la institución, generando una situación  de pánico y desorden.

En medio del intento por controlar, un uniformado de la Policía Nacional fue agredido por los internos.

Posteriormente, el agente fue trasladado a un centro asistencial para su valorización médica y, tras recibir  atención, fue dado de alta.

Ante la fuga de los adolescentes, la Policía desplegó un operativo de búsqueda y localización para dar con el paradero.

Como resultado de las acciones, hasta el momento solo 7 de los 20 fugados han sido reaprehendidos.

Las autoridades continúan con la búsqueda de los jóvenes fugados y a la vez adelantan la investigación pertinente para esclarecer las circunstancias que llevaron a ese motín para prevenir futuros incidentes similares.

A serious riot occurred yesterday morning at the Marceliano Ossa de Pereira Rehabilitation Center, located in the Combia district.

Amid the chaos, 20 young people escaped from the facilities, and so far, only seven have been re-arrested.

The incident occurred at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, March 28.

According to police authorities, the inmates of the rehabilitation center apparently started a fight inside the facility.

During the riot, they started a fire at the main entrance of the institution, generating a situation of panic and disorder.

In the midst of the attempt to control the riot, a uniformed National Police officer was attacked by inmates.

The officer was later taken to a medical center for medical evaluation and, after receiving treatment, was released.

Following the escape of the teenagers, the police launched a search and location operation to determine their whereabouts.

As a result of these actions, only 7 of the 20 escapees have been recaptured so far.

Authorities continue their search for the escaped youths and are also conducting the relevant investigation to clarify the circumstances that led to the riot and prevent similar incidents in the future.
