COBRARÁ TRANSFERENCIAS A NEQUI

Así lo confirmó la entidad a través de un comunicado de prensa en donde expresó que a partir de la fecha las transferencias a  Nequi serán gratuitas e ilimitadas en todos los planes de ahorros.

Al respecto, Mauricio Rosillo, vicepresidente de negocios de del Banco de Colombia, manifestó: “ Sabemos que no fuimos claros y lamentamos la confusión.

Somos una organización dispuesta a proponer soluciones para seguir estando de lado de nuestros clientes y de sus necesidades, y comprendemos que,  sin importar el plan de cuenta  de ahorros,  todos buscamos lo mismo: transferir plata a Nequi de forma fácil, sin restrinciones y sin preocuparnos por costos adicionales.

Queremos reiterar a quienes ya eran nuestros clientes antes del 22 de enero de 2024, que sus transferencias a Nequi siempre han sido ilimitadas y gratuitas.

This was confirmed by the entity through a press release where it stated that from this date transfers to Nequi will be free and unlimited in all savings plans.

In this regard, Mauricio Rosillo, business vice president of Banco de Colombia, stated: “We know that we were not clear and we regret the confusion.

We are an organization willing to propose solutions to continue being on the side of our clients and their needs, and we understand that, regardless of the savings account plan, we are all looking for the same thing: transferring money to Nequi easily, without restrictions and without worry about additional costs.

We want to reiterate to those who were already our clients before January 22, 2024, that their transfers to Nequi have always been unlimited and free.
