EL SUPERHUMANO DE LA PLAZA DE BOLÍVAR

“Skirla” Andrés Mauricio Ramírez Muñoz, con segundo grado de la carrera del Nivel Ejecutivo de la Policía Nacional de Colombia, es el Superhumano de la Plaza de Bolívar de Pereira.
En sólo 7 meses, cumpliendo la misión encomendada por la Comandante Policía Metropolitana de Pereira Coronel Ruth Alexandra Díaz Gómez, aplicó efectivas medidas preventivas, logrando para Plaza de Bolívar una recuperación del 90%, con: cero consumo y expendio de estupefacientes; cero hurtos y cero lesionados; usando –sin violencia- su mejor arma: diálogo amistoso; escuchando a la comunidad; analizando cada problema, para darle solución inmediata, y reviviendo confianza en la Policía Nacional.
El Policía superhumano, Andrés Mauricio Ramírez Muñoz “Skirla”, fue un mártir competidor del Reality Show The Box 2 Desafío 2022 de Caracol Televisión, siendo el tercer eliminado con su pareja Anna De Villa (Cafeteritos) en el capítulo 16, después de mes y medio, donde sólo comieron 5 días. Dice, resignadamente “me fue como perro en misa”. Pero… cumplió su sueño de 15 años, convencido de que “la mente es poderosa y todo lo propuesto en la vida, se puede lograr”.
Tuvo un pasado oscuro; y, pagando cárcel, asimiló: «La esperanza es el sueño del hombre despierto» -frase del filósofo griego Aristóteles, que lo animó a cambiar el rumbo de su vida. A los 17 años, cursó quinto de primaria. A los 18 años, pagó Servicio Militar. Después, la Policía Nacional le brindó la oportunidad de estudiar bachillerato, rindiendo excelentes pruebas ICFES; su bautismo y confirmación católica. Se graduó como técnico en explosivos; aprobó el curso de salud ocupacional y seguridad en el trabajo; paramédico y enfermero avanzado.
En competencias deportivas ha representado a la Policía de Colombia en: Argentina, Ecuador, Estados Unidos y en varios departamentos del país.
El subintendente Andrés Mauricio Ramírez Muñoz “Skirla”, tiene 39 años de edad. Nació en Neira-Caldas. Sus padres: Hernán Ramírez y Rocío Muñoz, en un hogar humilde campesino, con cinco hijos: Jorge, Guillermo, Felipe, Julián David y “Skirla”; cuatro de ellos, integrantes de la Policía Nacional de Colombia.
El Superhumano Andrés Mauricio Ramírez Muñoz, con 19 años de servicio en la Policía, sueña con alcanzar el grado de Intendente y estudiar Filosofía.

“Skirla” Andrés Mauricio Ramírez Muñoz, with the second degree of the Executive Level career of the National Police of Colombia, is the Superhuman of the Plaza de Bolívar in Pereira.
In just 7 months, fulfilling the mission entrusted by the Pereira Metropolitan Police Commander Colonel Ruth Alexandra Díaz Gómez, he applied effective preventive measures, achieving a 90% recovery for Plaza de Bolívar, with: zero consumption and sale of narcotics; zero thefts and zero injuries; using –without violence- his best weapon: friendly dialogue; listening to the community; analyzing each problem, to give it an immediate solution, and reviving confidence in the National Police.
The superhuman police officer, Andrés Mauricio Ramírez Muñoz “Skirla”, was a martyr competitor of the Reality Show The Box 2 Desafío 2022 on Caracol Televisión, being the third eliminated with his partner Anna De Villa (Cafeteritos) in episode 16, after a month and medium, where they only ate 5 days. He says, resignedly, “I did like a dog at mass.” But he… fulfilled his 15-year dream, convinced that «the mind is powerful and everything proposed in life can be achieved.»
He had a dark past; and, paying prison, he assimilated: «Hope is the dream of the awakened man» – a phrase from the Greek philosopher Aristotle, which encouraged him to change the course of his life. At 17 years old, he attended fifth grade. At the age of 18, he paid military service. Later, the National Police gave him the opportunity to study high school, taking excellent ICFES tests; his baptism and Catholic confirmation. He graduated as an explosives technician; he passed the occupational health and safety at work course; paramedic and advanced nurse.
In sports competitions he has represented the Colombian Police in: Argentina, Ecuador, the United States and in various departments of the country.
Deputy Mayor Andrés Mauricio Ramírez Muñoz “Skirla” is 39 years old. He was born in Neira-Caldas. His parents: Hernán Ramírez and Rocío Muñoz, in a humble peasant home, with five children: Jorge, Guillermo, Felipe, Julián David and “Skirla”; four of them, members of the Colombian National Police.
The Superhuman Andrés Mauricio Ramírez Muñoz, with 19 years of service in the Police, dreams of reaching the rank of Mayor and studying Philosophy.
