EL EXALCALDE DE DOSQUEBRADAS JORGE DIEGO RAMOS CASTAÑO, RECOBRO SU LIBERTAD EN VIERNES 12 DE DICIEMBRE DE 2025.-

Tras 24 días de detención, el candidato a la Cámara de Representantes por el partido de la U quedo en libertad. El juez expresó que existían dudas y no se presentaron pruebas contundentes en su contra.

En su casa amaneció el exalcalde de Dosquebradas Jorge Diego Ramos Castaño, quien recobro la libertad en la tarde ayer. El juez explico con detalle porque decidido no enviarlo a la cárcel, al considerar que no existen pruebas claras que lo vinculen directamente con los hechos investigados.

Mientras tanto, el exsecretario de gobierno, Juan Carlos Sepúlveda Montoya y la exsecretaria privada, Claudia Patricia García Morales, fueron enviados a detención intramural, pese a los serios quebrantos de salud de Sepúlveda, quien incluso sufrió una descompensación en plena audiencia.

Asimismo, fue analizada la entrevista de Angelica maría Raigosa, quien dijo haber sido citada al despacho del entonces alcalde, aunque sin afirmar que Ramos hubiera estado presente, por lo que, según el juez, no se demuestran intervención del exalcalde. también fueron valoradas bitácoras oficiales que indicarían que Ramos no estuvo en la Alcaldía durante octubre de 2022, periodo en el que, según la Fiscalía, habría ocurrido reuniones relacionadas con el contrato investigado.
