SUPENSIÓN PROVISIONAL DE SOBRETASA

AMBIENTAL ILEGAL EN DOSQUEBRADAS.

El ex personero y hoy candidato a la alcaldía Osca Mauricio Toro, demandó ante el Tribunal contencioso la nulidad de una sobretasa ambiental al impuesto predial contenida en el estatuto tributario vigente en el municipio de Dosquebradas. El acuerdo fue aprobado por el Concejo municipal.

Mediante auto del 10 de octubre, el Tribunal Contencioso Administrativo de Risaralda  ordenó la suspensión provisional de una gravosa sobretasa ambiental que desde hace tres años estaban pagando los contribuyentes del municipio industrial al entrar en vigencia el Estatuto Tributario aprobado por el Concejo Municipal.

The former representative and today candidate for mayor of Osca Mauricio Toro, sued before the Contentious Court the nullity of an environmental surcharge on the property tax contained in the tax statute in force in the municipality of Dosquebradas. The agreement was approved by the municipal council.

By order of October 10, the Contentious Administrative Court of Risaralda ordered the provisional suspension of a burdensome environmental surcharge that the taxpayers of the industrial municipality had been paying for three years when the Tax Statute approved by the Municipal Council came into force
